To update Google Now for our Motion? It shows that there is an update available but then it says something about support at the top (Don't know exactly what it says)

I already tried the updated to our phone everything is increased except you can barely hear the voice

The GNow update probably won't ever come to our phone. All of the developers that first ported it to ICS are pretty much on Jellybean now and have no interest in porting the update.

Hope I'm wrong, but that's what I'm seeing.
