I got the runt...AM won't let me have even one when I'm the only one with her.. well she says that but she already knows I'm a good dad and I have no intentions of it.. so.. anyway.. keep some for me guys.. I'll be back tomorrow to clean up the rest. :D
 
Howdy WH'ers!

Just got my Timex Run Trainer in the mail today. Excited to run my very first half marathon on Thursday, and have the Timex Watch to help me keep my pace!!

But the Timex is DOA. Brand new defective item, right out of the box. Thanks, Timex.

Sad face.

At least I have a friend willing to lend me her Garmin. :)

Sucks though, because I ran about 5.5 miles tonight (I know, I get off work so dang late I gotta do my runs late). I really wanted to test out the new Timex to get a feel for it and my pace I want to set so I don't pass out and die at mile 6. The good news is that by the end of the run tonight, I was literally dragging the dog along. Nice to know that I haven't completely fallen out of shape in the last couple months of below average work outs.

Thank you Bb. The thread is for machine embroidery. So it's more like sewing machine thread instead of floss. But yes, that is the principle of what I need. Oh and btw the thread on black Friday will be.$2.64 instead of $6.99

It's Wednesday! I'm up early cooking cornbreads . 6 to be exact. In perfectly seasoned (bacon) cast iron . Beans are soaking and everything else is chopped n prepped. Ready to start cooking tonight.
Now off to work with the rest of um.

Dread, grab one before Treb arrives! You never know what kinda mood he's in. (Trying to close the hole one day, and rename it the next!)

My mom is a photographer of sorts.. she has calendars made from the pictures.. She is having me try to sell them. Its her way of helping. Lol I don't think many people use them anymore. :o

Kind of a tough sell in this day & age my friend, as our beloved smart phones have replaced alot of things. Prime example, our home computer probably hasn't been turned on in 6 months or more.
