Update screwed up my flash.

I still have flash. On your browser settings did you go to advanced and see if it's still enabled?

Yes, it says flash isn't supported by my phone. I think flash supports android up to 4.0.2 and I'm now 4.0.3. Damn, I wonder if there is a work around.

We all have 4.0.3 if your stock, even before the update

Sounds like you need to call support. It should still work after the update

The phone was released with and still has 4.0.3, and flash is supported on all ICS versions including 4.0.4.

Try re-installing Flash.
