Tips & Help file has disappeared

Picked up the DNA yesterday to replace my Dinc 1. The "Tips & Help" file that was on the phone (and showing in the downloads folder) has vanished. Any idea where it can be downloaded?

And, how do you get rid of the "contacts" that VZW automatically sticks in your People list (various things like #BAL, #DATA, etc.) Seems to be no way to delete them.

There is no way to delete them. They're coded into your SIM card.

I found tips and help in the stock browser under menu.
