More towards the Verizon version...

Is it included? I tried a friends today that's on VZW and didn't see it. (had to give it back, he got a phone call).

Is it even avail for download on a VZW Note 2 in the Play store?

How does it work for lasoooooo stuff?:D
 
It is not on the Note II and not in the Play Store for this device... at least not yet.
 
I have it on my AT&T Note 2 and it works great; not perfect but 1000x better than any other photo editor I have used.
 
Sorry forgot to mention that I still use version 1.0, it works and fits the screen, the new 1.4.1 PST sucks :( and does not fit the screen well.

As for masking, I'm not sure, but everything I have used so far has been great

Oooo! An actual PSTouch user! I've been trying to find one to ask a question or two. Does PST output as jpeg or just as PS's file format? And does it output at the regular size the file went in at or is reduced down to a smaller size?
