I'm trying to put photos from my iPhone (now stored on my PC) to my N2.

What I've done thus far:

- Hooked USB up.
- Put it into Camera USB Mode (PTP)
- Opened up the camera file under "Computer"
- Dragged "Photos" with photo hierarchy over to the "Card" directory.

However, when I do this, all of my photos which are labeled as .JPG's give me errors.

Is there is a specific file type that Android prefers? If so, I'll batch convert via Imgur.

It's basically giving me an error saying that it may not be able to open these via the phone.

So I chose to ignore the error message I was getting on my PC and upload them anyway to see if they would show up and sure enough they're fine.

However, it keeps stopping in the middle of uploading them to the phone and saying that I either have to stop or skip the file. If I skip the file, the next comes up the same way. It's driving me insane.

If anyone has any suggestions, I'd appreciate it!

I'm kind of stumped by this one. The phone does recognize jpg and png. I wish I knew what to do to help out on this.

Yeah, it's honestly so baffling to me. I think tomorrow I'm going to try and convert them to .PNG and see if that makes a difference.

Why not just leave the phone in USB Mass Storage mode and just drag and drop the pictures off of the computer in to the appropriate picture folder on the phone?

It didn't seem to recognize being plugged in. I will try that again tomorrow. :-)

Mine didn't recognize either format that's why I'm stumped. I transfer everything using Airdroid. Recently a new app has come to light called Solid Explorer. Try that.
