Help Possible Dead Spot?

Okay, I feel l like I may be losing my mind but near the "m" on the keyboard, occasionally when I tap on the m nothing happens. I tap again and it works fine.

Does anyone else experience this? I mean if I type and press hard it's fine and if I Swype it's also fine, but if I tap type quickly sometimes it doesn't register.

For me its the right half of the keyboard. I have to deliberately type slow to ensure each key is pressed. I just have a tpu case so thats not it.

Mine isn't a large spot, so I'm sort of just trying to see if I'm insane or not. :p Going to keep messing with it.

I have noticed this using SwiftKey. Sometimes the letter x or d can become less responsive. Mainly the X key. Am gonna try the stock keyboard and see if I get the same results.

Edit: same on stock keyboard too. Its only very slight and on the x key. It hasn't caused me any problems so will learn to forget about it.

Yeah, for me it's slight as well. But it was noticeable when it kept happening 3 times in a row which is why I made note to ask. I figure, it's not too bad, so I'll deal, just like you. :P

YOu know, the first one i had I noticed that, and led me to return it. The replacement seems fine (or maybe has a weak spot somewhere else i didn't notice). I think mine was better without a screen protector. From what I have read, these phones maybe a little less sensitive with a screen protector on. I think i even remember someone saying that samsung recommended not using a screen protector due to responsiveness issues.

I think that only applies to the s pen and not finger touch
