Help Green icon with the letter R ?

This icon just started to appear in my search box. Does anyone know what it is?

Right before the WWW. in the internet browser when I tap the world globe icon. The one that looks like a planet.

The orange one is the RSS feeder or Reader logo.

I recognize the orange one but not the green one. It comes up all the time. Anybody seen this? It's pissing me off. Sorry for the use of a vulgar word.

It means the website supports text reflow; if you zoom in or out, the text will reflow so it looks the same zoomed in or out.

It's the reader option, which as pointed out allows text reflow, but it gets rid of all the adverts and pictures so it's easier to read. Similar to what is on the safari browser on ios but with the ability to reflow text
