Did you enter an appt on the PC and it doesn't show up on the phone or did you enter an appt on the Phone and not showing up on the PC?

If it was the 2nd case, when you enter new appt on phone, you can select which calendar. You can choose the Exchange calendar instead of the phone calendar and it will go there directly. If it was the first case, then I am not sure. When I enter a new appt on google calendar, it gets pushed to the phone almost instantly. Maybe it is a function of your Exchange server? I'm having the same problem as moneyfornothin. I've got the Sync Schedule set to push -- and e-mail push works fine. But I have to manually sync the calendar, because appointments don't push either way (either from the phone or to the phone). I wonder if it is an Exchange issue.
