I just actually thought about taking the day off when the Incredible is released so that I can play with it all day instead of working.
Otherwise I'll just be pretending to work while I actually just play with the phone all day. Kind of like what I do now while reading this thread.

With everybody talking about the phones they're upgrading from, I feel like a total douche for being impatient / complaining about a later Incredible release. My last 4 phones have been:
iPhone - 1 year
iPhone 3G - approx. 1 year
HTC Hero (Sprint) - returned within 30 days
Motorola Droid - current
I really have little reason to be so finicky and impatient, but ever since they launched the original Euro Hero, I've wanted a faster, more "high-end" feeling Sense UI phone. The Sprint Hero and Droid were just stop-gaps to hold me over.
I'm a bit too addicted to cell phones in general.

The latest from my Source - I'm posting here - word for word -immediately as I hear from him:
"So much information today! WOW! I just got off the phone with my VZW rep. I sent her the link to the BBM/VZW pages for her to confirm. She is checking into it. She was told the 25th, but she said "this looks like the paperwork that I usually get" Maybe BB changed dates for presell??? She also said, she has not received her paperwork yet, but will let me know as soon as she does."

This is a perfect example of why our country is going into the tank, cause people are more worried about playing with a ****ing TOY than working! You dont get paid to play with your phone, you get paid to work, if I were your employer and found out you pulled bullshit like this, I would send you down the road kicking rocks! ****ing grow up!

Just wondering about keyboards... Im getting my first smartphone with the incredible hopefully, went into the local verizon store a couple weeks ago to ask about it(shocking, huh?) and was looking at the UIs on the droid and droid eris, everything I have read says how much better the sense keyboard was over stock...
I had the complete opposite impression, the droids keyboard worked perfectly in both orientations, and I was having to retype everything on the sense keyboard... is it hardware dependent, or will I be able to replace the incredibles with stock and have it essentially the same as what was on the droid?
and obligatory thanks for all the info thats been posted, Ive been lurking here a while, nothing to contribute unfortunately =/
