Long time customer here. I have had Verizon (initially Bell Atlantic) service for over 25 years and only 4 phones in that time, so I am long overdue. I have been eligible for NE2 for several years now.
Unless there is some last minute bad news, I will be getting the Incredible.
I want to purchase directly from Verizon, but have questions about on-line versus corporate store.
Will Verizon service/exchange phones purchased on-line on a walkin basis at the corporate store?
Will it cost more for activation or other things if I purchase at a corporate store?

Steve, from my personal experience (I have bought every one of my Verizon phones online) nothing is different than if you purchased in store. I have brought broken phones back that i bought online to corporate stores and they have treated them like they were bought in store. Not one bit of difference in my experiences.
