how to replace Samsung Galaxy S2 T989 Micro Usb port

so my charging port for my galaxy s2 was loose and wasn't charging properly. so i ordered a new replacement but wasn't able to find a way to correctly replace it online. can anyone walk me through the process to replace the micro usb port for charging. thanks. Again it is a Samsung Galaxy S2 T989 (T-mobile). Thanks
 
Do you have a good soldering iron, and good experience with one? Soldering really isn't all that terribly difficult, but if you haven't done it before, I wouldn't have your Galaxy S2 be the test dummy, especially with something so small as a micro USB port.
