For those of you who are wearing out your F5 buttons there's a Firefox add-on called "ReloadEvery" - you can set it to refresh your page every 5, 10, 30, w/e seconds.

I was getting the same thing.

It was only downloading part of it. Keep re-clicking the link, and it will download a little more each time until you get the full PDF.

Probably because of so much traffic.
