Root need help with missing play store

Newbie
can anyone please help.everytime i try anything play store....nothing.doesn't even force close ,just wants to go there but instantly goes back to home screen.I've tried replacing it?wiping data then replacing,new rom,and factory reseting phone,and deleting framework and nothin works.I'm outta ideas so please can anyone give me another idea to try
 
Really????? 42 read this so far and nobody has anything for me.I'm so frustrated and stumped I mean u can prolly just make something up and id b happy just tryin something different .please...
 
What about trying a new Google account? Or even trying an old version of google play, back to when it was Market and letting it update on its own? Im pretty sure you can find a download like that somewhere in google. I would try a p k t o p s . com, a lot of apps there ;) (OH! and goes without saying but, type that with no spaces... duh haha)
 
Happened again.oh yea fixed it last time b.t.w. by skipping Google setup after reset....I thoght but ain't so good this time.someone on another thread has same thing so whoever figures it out let me know please :confused:
 
Update: creating new google account then.adding mine later works.but now i can't remove new google account as its the main one now.so can anyone shed some light as to what and why this happens to avoid it again
 
I tried individually deleting apps,but hesitated on a factory reseting cause won't that completely put me back in the same exact spot .something wrong with MY google account?
 
Really someone lend advice.LG support tool didn't work as my last attempt .cant download and cant even install from my as cause reset doesn't give me file browser.really gotta figure this out
 
Mine isn't working either and I've also tried everything. I ran the updater, tried a lower version nothing helps. Since it's not working I can't install from the playstore web site either. The biggest PITA is that I can't use some of my paid for apps because it can't check if I really own them. I have been able to install a few things from Amazon but I really want my own playstore to work again

Fixed it.something to do with my sd card i guess.used an old one i found with an old #2 download and then wiped and flashed everything possible and so far so good.i wonder what i did to start the problem ???

Hmmm, I ran the updater trying to figure out something on my phone, when I was reinstalling everything I went with vs 1.5 of #2. Previously I had vs 1.3. So when I wiped my sd card and tried again I went back to vs 1.3 because I wasn't having any problems there. Funny thing though when I ran the updater, both times it left apps on my phone and I use the TSF Shell Launcher and it left that on there. I didn't have to put my google info back into my phone. It didn't take back to completely like out of the box state. All my text messages and phone log was still there. Crapware was put back. The first time around my download was gone and it's back after the second time but my playstore still doesn't work.
 
Okay, this time I did a factory reset, repartitioned my sdcard again, ran the updater and voila, it came back out of the box state, i did have to put my google info back in this time like normal, none of my stuff was on the phone, my playstore works and we shall see if it all still does after i root again lol

I was puttin all my google stuff in almost every time but the only thing i did different the last time waschanging out sd card and using downloads on that one..lol my poor phone was tired of bein reset and is flashed out
 
Well that didn't last. As soon as I put #2 on, same thing. I couldn't figure out why. I wasn't having problems beforehand. On the advice of a friend I did it all again except this time I did a factory reset. Now everything works properly. Crazy

iwas using #2 v1.5 but it happen just outta the blue.
lol at least I'm not the only one who fought with that
 
Got it.for whatever reason certian apps downloaded do it. i downloaded some easy unlock app for another phone of mine and rite at start of download point bye bye playstore.i practiced this 4 times to mlmake sure.also found the cure is runnin 'fix market links' with root toolbox pro.didnt ever try that b4
