Help New evo v

So I toped up and then swapped phones. That went by without a problem. However I don't get any data on my phone. text and calls go through no problem though.

Any ideas to fix this, or have a better phone number that I can call?

I've done the call virgin and pull your battery out multiple times option.
 
Dial ##Clear# then press the menu key toward the bottom of the phone then click on reset, this resets your phone's network information and it programs it again. This doesn't reset any apps or contracts that you might have already out on your phone.
 
Sometimes, depending on the network, it CAN take a little bit to activate.

Have you done a factory reset? Is it rooted?
 
It's not working.

Factory reset didn't work.

Did the old phone have data access? and especially with this phone if you did not have your old phone physically turned off battery pull and everything then it would conflict with your new activation.
 
On the ##clear# for both reconditioned columns says no.

I dont even know what u meant by that... anyway the reason i asked is because when i bought my evo v i had HUGE problems getting it to work. mine was a used and i had the password to the account. I have learned that people on the VM hotline cant do shit. I called VM and did the swap and everything was ****** on my account. i called again and they promised that it was all taken care of and still i had no data and no calling. so i went to a boost mobile store and they called some sprint people and fixed it. the whole thing took me 3 hours. so go to a boost store and see if they will help you.
