Did you delete the PG86IMG.zip file from the root of SD after flashing the firmware? How are you flashing the hboot?

yes I accidently delete it. I did thing too fast. I put the file in the root of SD and go to boot loader.

Make sure the hboot file is in the root of your SD card and named exactly PG86IMG.zip. Case is important and sometimes Windows adds an extra ".zip" to the file name.
