***Official HTC Incredible Thread***

Anonimac: I am not sure if this has been posted yet, but in the user's guide on the bottom of the first page it says "HTC Incredible with Google." In the same spot on the Eris's user guide it says "Droid Eris by HTC." Does this "with Google" marking on the Incredible have any indication that future OS updates will be pushed out over the air in a more timely fashion, or am I just overlooking that whole marking?

And once again, a simple click of the thanks button isn't enough...Thank you for all of your information and work that you have put into this thread to keep it running as smoothly as possible. Your hard work is definitely appreciated!
 
yes I know ... either way check newegg for stuff and amazon.com - both good places to buy electronics.

The memory in this link is SDHC and not MicroSDHC which I believe is what the Incredible takes. I have seen the MicroSDHC 32 gig out there for sale somewhere but it is only Class 2 (S L O W). I'll be going for either a Class 6 or if I feel really spendy (I'm in a great mood to splurge on this setup) a Kingston Class 10 MicroSDHC 16 gig card. The Class 6's are $40ish and the Class 10 is $109. I personally don't want to slow down this phone with a crap slow card.

Photoshop, just like anything, the benefits outweight the bad, otherwise, they would do away with it....that's just how things work. There's plenty of scams on the internet, but we don't shut it down, because the internet is far more beneficial than detrimental.

I really hope your not talking about me, because I said a word once and i was referring to a post, about somebody talking about "it". if any of you have a problem then pm me than crapping up the thread since it's severely off-topic, other than that i feel no remorse

Regarding walking, I generally took the bus. Regarding running, I've done 4 marathons and 5 5k's.......sonnny. ;)

Yes it has a 1300 mAh and the N1 has a 1400 mAh. I just never thought it would make such a difference. I just hope to get through a day after using the apps suggested on droiddog.com. Lord knows I don't want to have to carry a charger everywhere I go.
 
I have a Sprint Hero with an 8gb, class 6 microSD card. I backup my Hero every night with MyBackup Pro. What I back up are the applications and data. The data includes my Call Logs, Bookmarks, SMS, MMS, System Settings, Android Home, Alarms, and Dictionary.

Can I use my must recent Hero backup files to restore to the HTC Incredible?

your going to need a larger card when this phone comes out... just think about the awesome 3.7in amoled screen and loading movies on it to watch whenever my favorite is at work when it is really slow lol

Yes I wonder the same thing. I think we can assume the #1 complaint with this phone once it is out will be battery life. Not that it will stop me since my Storm doesn't even last a full day with very minimal use.
