Help music player keeps stuttering

Hi there,over the last couple of weeks my music keeps stuttering whilst listening through my earphones.Would anyone know what the problem is please?Thank youAnd again I appolagise for how this reads, for some reason even though I am using paragraphs etc my computer shows it as all one line

in PowerAmp music player you can mess around with buffering times etc to get rid of stutters. it costs but is without a doubt one of the best payed apps out

Both I think. This is another thing I noticed the other day. I plugged the phone in to my PC to put more music on and I noticed that some of my music is stored on the phone and some on the SD card. I don't know how or why as I like all my music on the SD card.

best way is to use a card reader and just drag n drop mate.
if you dont know what "rooted" means then you arent so dont worry.
is there a number inside a circle on your sd card to tell you the class (10 is best)
id try some other players.

Does it stutter with screen on or off? Many Android phones, including my Galaxy Nexus, lower the CPU speed and read-ahead rate with the screen off in order to save battery. However, this tends to cause pauses or stutters or skips. 'Tis a fine line.
