Is anyone aware of a way to print from their phone to their HP printer?

You can download the hp print app. I have it running on another model printer and its very convenient printing from the phone. When you click on a file to open, a pdf in example, choose to open it with the hp print app. Make sure the printer and phone are in the same network.

Is there a way to have scanned documents sent to your phone?

I use Zerox Mobile Scanner to scan to my phone via USB and Eye-Fi. I know of no way to get my HP Laserjet to scan to my phone.

'HP eprint' app works well for me

Good old Printershare works great too.
