Root Voice to text broken after root and bloatware removal help

When I click the voice recognition button nothing happens now:

I rooted then I Used the bloatware removal script on this site then I downgraded to 820MHZ.

No other problems except voice recognition is not working.

Does anybody have any idea how to fix it without having to erase everything and start over?

The bloatware script deleted it, on that thread you can get it back with the bloat_backup.zip
