Use "root explorer" to extract the apk like a zip file.
In there you will find the actual zip files.
Flash them yourself via cwm

Go to the mods section, tap on what you want, and then press install. DON'T REBOOT TO RECOVERY!
If you read, the files Go to your SDcard in a folder called pimpmyrom. Open the folder and flash it from there.

The new version auto boots from what I've been told. Never tried myself, took the less risky way out by using the zip I made above.
Just unpack the "pmrflashables" zip onto your SD card in an easy to find spot boot recovery, install zip you want from SD.
