Have you ever used a apk called any cut u may need to reset your 4lte and network

Whats my prl ? & No iHavent Tryed that apk where do I find it ?

The latest prl is 3032. To check go to settings/about phone/status.
If you need to update prl dial *228 and listen to options... Should be option 5

Yeah I have the latest prl & I tryd that any cut apk ican only download the messages when im on cdma not on lte & cdma (hybrid) only on 3g not on 4g

Well now you are not able to on the wifi cause that's the way the device is made . Now u say on the hybrid u have a problem sounds like you checked something while in the test files. Did you reset the msg app and see if that works

Now I can't switch my 4g every time I go to activity on any cut & create a shortcut to my 4g switch so I could switch off 3g & switch back to 4g it doesn't make a shortcut just says it does but when i look its not there it would do it on broken out rom but im using rom#2 now
have you tried just reflashing? if you have a backup of a rom when it worked, maybe try reflashing the data? do a backup first if you do.
