To each their own I guess... I really hope the white back sees the light of day, to be slightly different? All black is too plain IMO

what criteria can be used for determining whether its a fake?

Well, the fact that it is fake should be all the criteria we need.:p

But really, I think most agree it's a fake...and if we don't see some of those accessories released we'll know.

Also, it says (C) 2009 on the bottom of the slides too.

those accesories were all in a youtube add from htc about the evo. It was made into a big deal a few weeks ago as to what those really were. But idk, some of that info in there is interesting, and if someone really has the spare time to word it that way and do it up to mirror how sprint has done all phones prior to this than they need to get out, or make a paper Evo perhaps.... hahaha

It's not uncommon for slides like that to be used from previous years, and minor details to get overlooked. Pretty common thing.

Edit: Not saying it is or isn't fake one way or the other.

Actually when you enlarge the image, you can see that the copyright says 2006 on the bottom of the slides. That said, I don't think it's fake, but rather just an early draft that happens to be terribly poor quality and just thrown into a preexisting template. I think this will just be a training memo for sprint employees to familiarize them with the EVO and give them talking points to make a sale. Whether it's an official sprint doc or not, it doesn't matter because there's no info there that wasn't already known, and there are actual photos of most of those accessories from ctia.

Makes sense.

whats up guys... im sure the evo will have a boatload of acc.. i also read about the hd2 like car dock a week or so back as well.. quick question i was reading a review on the nexus on car dock and they showed the alternate view when it was docked it looked similar to the droids finger friendly menus when it was in the dock... wondering if all android has this feature and if not who thinks it will be incorporated into the evo.... by the way sorry if this was covered already.

I believe that is Google Navigation, which is strictly for Android phones, so it most probably will be on the Evo.

wooooow if that is fake it would be a lot of time wasted on documentation that isn't even overly exciting...EPIC FAIL??
