In regards to the first post that you took offense to it was directed Solely at Steven ( i.e the reference to the hip and Macaroni Grill) Cant figure out how you mistook that one as being directed at you but rest assured it most definitly was not. He even quoted Steven in the post

Ha! Red Wings fan here!:D I know, I know- we can't win or come close every year. It's tough to accept though. :( The Hawks look pretty good- they are actually my pick (although it breaks my heart to do so) to come out of the West this year.;)

If it was known that this is how VZW is doing it then why would anyone buy a device during week one, when they have no idea if a device is coming in week 3 that perhaps they would like better? Far fewer phones would be sold in the earlier weeks, and VZW can't afford to lose that weekly revenue.

The only way they could make the announce/release 2 phones per week for three weeks strategy work is if that strategy was kept completely secret --- and of course it has not.

I think it far more likely that VZW will announce 6 at one time and release them either at the same time or over a period of weeks.

This makes a lot of sense to me. Make a big splash with numerous phone announcements and make people WANT - no NEED to go into a store, online or to an Auth Retailer to see allllllllll the newly released devices.

Hey, don't sweat it! I join with the several others who say (or have said) welcome to our crazy thread. We're glad you're here! For whatever reason, this has been a bizarrely agitated and testy night here so just shake it off and jump on in! :)

Those of you who are SERIOUS about buying a screen shield for your Incredible should check out what Steinheil will offer for it. Sure, there are tons of other, more widely-known screen shields out there, and many of you might never have even heard of this brand, but I researched screen protectors to death when I almost bought the Eris (that is, until I discovered this crazy place!). Here's a Droid forum that discusses the Steinheil Crystal:

While you might not buy any screen shield for your phone - if you DO, this is THE ONE I'd sure get! :)

Well, Miller and Kimball both have Green/White for school colors. But so I don't stray too far off topic, I think everyone in Central South Dakota is on Verizon, cause that's the only carrier that gets service there. You might have trouble getting an Incredible there if too many people find out about it.
