Root DSP Manager?

Are there any DSP Managers foe this phone that work on ICS and with Pandora? Been searching all day. I've installed libs and apk's like 4 different times and none of them have ANY sound effect at all. Do you absolutely have to be on a CM ROM to use it? I've seen ppl use it on regular stock ROMs even.

That doesn't work. Tried it. I've done some research and comparison with CM and the stock ROM. Also seen how to port DSP to work on HTC Sense. Turns out I need to learn how to use .conf files. There is a missing folder that a certain file needs to be in system/vender/etc/ and it is audio_effects.conf I believe. It's also in system/etc/ as well. And doing a comparisonof that file in the stock ROM and any of our Cm ROMs. Is that you have to rewrite that whole config file completely to work with DSP along with removing the HD audio and SRS and whatever else is installed and adding the new libs and then editing the config file to work with the new libs. I've finally figured out HOW to do this but I don't have the knowledge or skill on how to actually do it. :/
