Edit: yeah it has to be specific to our phone. The above will work just make sure you type it exactly like it is.

That will mount system as read-write then do the commands for the beats app

Or you can open root explorer and and set system as r/w then go into terminal and enter command: su

I literally just started developing within the last month or so!
 
I think the camera issue needs to be fixed with a key mapping fix...the reverb has a physical camera button so I can see how the camera work in any camera app in this rom would be effected...this being said I believe a remap of the keys is necessary...
 
i backed up my phone when i flashed CWM b4 i flashed SU and busybox. now if we get a OTA, all i will have to do is do the backup restore in CWM to get the update?
 
Well I dont know what happened but last night I was going to boot into recovery and it was dark and hit volume down and power to go into download mode and now I am softbricked but I actually think Im hard bricked. it says no kernel
 
Good thing is ur not hard bricked, cause phone at least does something, my guess is Odin the boot.IMG from the OC thread or Shabby stock

then ill will wait a bit b4 i try this rom i cant get a new phone ATM i know you will keep us informed about this ill keep my eye out I'm allways in here reading and learning lots to learn hopefully i will be able to do more for the community

Dude the ROM works fine! Don't be afraid unless your flashing something that is for devs only or something not tested before. If your flashing something that you don't know to much about, its wise not to flash but for this go right on ahead. I'm using it now!

Ive been on odin all day. Ive tried everything. Correct me if Im wrong but you cant use .img in odin. If you can help me out. Im so use to hboot on htc. Never had any issues. In download mode when I try to flash Stock recovery it error out and on my phone is says Invalid PIT magic Use default pit.


Its is not the party rom people. Flash away. I made this mistake.
 
Im back! Took my chances and took it back to bestbuy. I was out of their exchange but it was still covered under Samsung. They turned it on and it went to download with all my 21 flashes and custom everything and they had no clue. They said it was downloading an update...hahaha! I played so dumb. I was like how long will it update. It says downloding but ive been watching this screen now for ten minutes. Walked out with a brand new Rush! The party did not end after all!

lol nice man by any chance if your not doing so already could we get a complete stock rom/img so we can restore to stock for OTA and such b4 you root ? that would be great
