OMG... I am in LOVE please explain what rom or background that is and what lockscreen app gave you the scnce lock screen like that... and can i get this on my Galaxy Nexus? i see that you have an Razr HD max but are showing it here on a GNEX kinda confused

yea you can get it.. anyone can... I used the Nexus screen frame because the Maxx HD isn't available yet.. I just like how it looks... lockscreen is made with WidgetLocker
you will need UCCW (Ultimate custom clock widget) to make this setup... here is the info, any questions just PM me
Go Launcher 10x5 grid, wallpaper scroll mode off, hide status bar (make sure to Lock the screen once set up because hide status bar can be a little buggy otherwise)
