Just get another another replacement. You paid a lot of money for that damn phone. No way you should be going through that hassle.

yup i talked to asurion last night and they already shipped me another one no more than 5 minutes on the phone. i get to keep the spare box charger back case battery and all. very satisfied with their service. id reccomend anyone to go through themif they ever need to

apparently its a common problem out of the box with some s3s just unlucky i guess. oh and they send brand new not refurbished
