Help g1 picture problem

Hey,new here love the site,but my problem is my g1 won't save pictures,and video camera just shows black....any help would be great....thanks

Backup you phone with "MyBackup Pro"..

Then Factory Reset your phone ....

If you still have problem then return phone as it is broken ...

Oh have you try to take a pic with the back off ... ???? something maybe covering the lens ???

i already factory reset the phone,didnt help,it will take the pic just wont save it,and when i switch to video it just shows up black
