bloated ascend y (h866c)

I have a Huawei ascend y h866c. Being totally new to Android OS, I'm all but lost on things like rooting, modding,roming, flashing etc etc...my phone is rooted but I was wondering if anybody has tinkered enough with one do these things to find out what bloatware can be removed without adverse effects to basic functions?

Addendum: would the process of getting jellybean be to much of an undertaking? If it's a matter of following a basic set of principles it shouldn't be an issue. If you have to dig into the codes then I'd brick it... Quick... Thanks for any answers!

how did u remove them..i got poot and rooted my phone and got superuser but i cant figure out how to delete apps

hello! new to the forums but not new to android or rooting. if you have achieved root then you can install a root app such as Titanium Backup that will allow you to remove system apps. You can also install a root file explorer such as ES File Explorer (there are many others) to gain access to the /system/app/ folder that will hold your apps. simply deleting them from there will effectively delete the app from your phone.

i personally prefer to use Titanium Backup as it makes it process easier.
