i check power save mode is off
and i test wifi fixer apk
please help how can fix this problem?

Try going into your Wi-Fi Settings and Forget it. Restart the phone and put it back and see if it will connect.

i do this
and reset my modem and I try Manually Adding a New Wi-Fi Network but not worked,
(sorry about my wrong grammar i can't speak english well!)

Can you check your router settings for;

Router firewall (possibly will only apply to hardwired devices not wifi devices)
MAC address control / filtering
DHCP is enabled (unless using a static IP Address
IP reservation table (might help to assign your S3 is own reserved IP on your network)

Check your modem/router for a sticker that gives you an ip (like 192.169.0.1) or a URL (like routersetup.net) and check your settings as mentioned earlier.
