A new update is available now, try it and it should work, it all works on my hero.

i gave up on searching for apps which gave me BBC Radio, so i saw on these forums about 2 months ago that Yourmuze | Broadcast Audio to Mobile Internet | aacPlus streaming broadcasting radio gave me what i wanted. Check it out on your pc first, set up your account (free), then hook up yourmuze.fm on your phone and you should see your selected radio stations there. If it sounds a bit complicated, its not! ;)

+1

this is what I use on my hero.....have fivelive, fivelive sports extra, local bbc network and talksport all saved as favorites and it is ultra reliable and solved all my radio probs in one go.....IT'S MINT!!!!!

I'm probably missing something very obvious.

BUT I joined yourmuze.fm but when I try to open a station stream I get the following message box.

The content is not supported.

The content is not supported on the phone. No application can be found to open this file. Do you still want to download it?

Thanks in advance.
Al

Just tried yourmuze.fm but I always get:

Code:
Cannot play video

Unable to connect to server.

What are you guys using to play it? Also tried 24 bit stereo/mono/parawhatsit to see if it makes a difference but nope.

Hmm, tried clearing defaults on 'Streaming Media Player', didn't help. I've got AOR and Cherry installed just can't get the browser to use them.

When I got home it worked using the Streaming Media Player over WiFi so I guess my carrier blocks the port it uses.

Got Yuormuze working, but the issue is that the web interface means that I can't do something else with the phone whilst the browser is streaming. Am I missing something? It would be great if it had an app like last.fm.
