Help Take picture while recording video?

I have read that with the ICS 4.0.4 I SHOULD be able to take a picture while recording video... I start to record video then tap screen as mentioned in order to take a picture but nothing happens. Am I doing it wrong?

Hello VoltronDeluxe. It's being reported around the forums that the feature to snag a still while video recording was left out of the update, but may come along in the next update.

Same thing here. I cannot do it either. Not that I really want to... I wonder why t-mobile left this out of our update?
