Help Data not working

i have emailed Virgin mobile many times and they keep telling me to go to my account and run a test and it says my data is not working. so i called virgin mobile and they told me to do the same thing and it is not working. i still can not use the internet on my phone while on 3g or 4g. any help. it has been doing this ever since i paid 35$ for my new month

Might have to configure your APN settings. That outta work. :)
Call them and ask what your APN settings should be and configure it to what they say.
 
im on the phone with support and they are just redirecting me to other people and telling me to go to my account and run the test and then update my profile but it is not ******* working and i keep telling that but they are too stupid to get it through their head


Edit: finally they put me on hold and fixed it after being on hold on and off for 1hour
