That's poor on their part, it's like games that don't save progress to a cloud, lost a whole city on big business when my phone bricked :(

Stupid question time : how does one board ride better than the other ? Sorry, I know nothing about snowboards, obviously.:)

There is actually a lot that goes into snowboard design. Different materials can result in different levels of flex (how the board bends laterally and longitudinally) and different levels of dampness (how well it absorbs shock).

Shape is also important. My red board has a narrower tail that is also more flexible that the tip. This causes the tail to sink in powder and results in the nose staying up. It is medium stiff but very damp = very good in steep terrain but can plow through ungroomed snow. There are also carbon stringers under the binding points that make the board very quick edge to edge which is helpful when riding in steep terrain.

I could go more in depth but that probably gives you an idea of the tech that goes into these. Most boards are designed for very specific terrain and rider ability.

Check the link in mu signature, there's a free forum app based on Tapatalk in the play store. No need to dump $3 on the full app (though I like TT and use it on a bunch of forums).

I just use my stock browser, was gonna try Google Chrome but hear too many folks complain about poor battery life when they use it. Stock browser is fine by me anyway.
 
Ah, fair enough. Opera here, works treat as long as you don't care about data usage, but then there's always opera mini for that.

Don't care about data usage at all since I have to pay full retail to keep unlimited data ( thanks to Verizon ). I still have yet to use my home Wi-Fi on my Note 2.
 
I went over my fair use policy for the second time last month, good thing it was a short month lol. Still a con though, unlimited data bit your limited by FUP *grumble*
