cloud icon in notification bar

I keep getting this random cloud w/ red arrows appears in my notification bar asking me to backup my media. I click on cancel but it just stays there. What is it and how do I get it to quit showing up? I don't want to back anything up.

I would think it would be the cloud backup that would auto backup your contacts and apps.

I am not familiar with it as I don't use it and have been rooted almost since I got my phone and am on a custom rom.

I would assume you are not rooted?

Click on it and turn off notifications in whatever app that it opens.

See if you have backup assistant plus installed on your phone. If you do uninstall it.
