Root Root Help

Hey Guys I am new to this forum. I would like to root my quattro 4g. I downloaded the Framaroot.apk but how do I install it on the phone?
I tryed to actually use the phone to download it and it faild also i just dumped the file into the phone but with no luck finding it to install it?
Please help

You need a file manager to install it. Get ES File Explorer from the play store and then browse your sd card and then open and install it.
 
Nowwwww Hopefully this Coolpad will be able to run ICS :O what are the odds of this?? Is anyone working on a ROM?

We need a custom recovery before anything else. As for ICS idk, the Coolpad community is very much dead.. hopefully it gets more lively and more devs help out.
