alright you guys I am a samsung fan and everybody knows about this war between samsung and apple well i was on this thing called readwrite and i posted how samsung makes far more better quality products but this guy is arguing with me saying apple is best. we have been going at it for two days!!!!

I want to win this fight for samsung but I'm getting tired lol and plus the guy has beatin me at one arguement. And I'm no certain fanboy but its plain and clear how apple is faling behind everybody. so if you will please go to the link below and give me a vote up on my comments it gives me a boost of confidence but if i don't have any vote ups then I'm just going to quit so heres the link Nothing To Worry About In These Dismal Apple Supply Chain Reports – ReadWrite

If you don't want to that is completely fine with me. I just figured i could get the samsung fans to back me up. BTW i am jonathan mccoy that andy bates guy is the guy on apple side. If anybody has any ideas of what i can say just tell me and i will say it.....I DONT WANNA LOSE LOL. read my comments then you will see a arrow up and down just give me a vote up please. I did get a lil mad cause he started calling me idiot but it doesnt take a genius to know samsung is better than apple or apple isnt better android

Maybe u should try approaching the "debate" from that stance. Compare the operating systems, the sheer freedom of Android.
U cant set 3rd party apps (browser, keyboard, etc) as default on iOs. The homescreen is BORING.
Id say Apple do make a far more "quality" product. They make really solid built things.
Samsung are doing well just now but that could easily change and i have no loyalty to Sammy but i love Android (based) OS :)

I'm a android fan also. And to me the only good thing about iOS is how they do updates and there camera thats it lol. I just hate how people say apple is the best when I've had both apple and android and samsung devices (i know samsung and android arent the same) and samsung is better to me. I kinda got mad when he started saying idiot. I thought it was a simple debate but know that idiot stuff made me mad lol

Im in Scotland where iPhones arent so popular as in the US but i get that theres people there who think a smartphone is an iphone lol.
Give it time and either theyl change or Apple will :)

lol i dont believe he will change. we been going at it for two days and i don't want to loose a argument for samsung or android. for some reason apple fanboys are stubborn as heck. they dont want to hear that apple isn't number one again even if its true!!!

If i won an iPhone i wouldnt even break the seal on the box.. it would be straight on ebay.
Not because im stubborn or a fanboy. Just because it would be an annoying little phone for me and i could spend the money on much better things :)
 
IMHO It'll probably be about 5 more years until all the projects that Steve Jobs had in the pipeline are gone. Then Apple will most likely start to fall apart like the last time Steve left the company
 
What else can they really do though?
Phones are like full blown computers now and people like Sony are making beautiful hardware so i dont know how Apple can "innovate" any more.
As a geek, i do watch the Apple phone/os launches but the last one was a disapointment and if they had anything up their sleeve, that would have been a good time to pull it out :)

Yea it may be 5 years but they have already started rolling down the hill. I told them nobody stays on top forever and for some reason he says apple will and started talking about iPod or whatever.
 
I dont see the point in ipods or any media player these days. U can get great sound n video from your phone, why carry two gadgets?
 
There's no perfect phone just the perfect phone for you.

Fighting iOS fans is a losing battle.

I saw one the other day fighting tooth and nail that the iPhone 5 was a 1080p phone (it's not even 720p). LoL

Android is all about choice and it's just the internet - don't let it make you crazy.

I know that you want to reach Samsung fans but these kinds of threads go downhill and clutter device forums when they do, so I'm going to move this to the Lounge for you. ;)

PS - guides don't delete threads, only us mean old mods do that. :) :D

Well look like the guide moved it. hopefully i can get some help here but that's the same thing I said Apple would have been pulled something out of there pocket in fact im going to say it again. But these darn Apple fanboys are hardcore and stubborn. Can't tell them NOTHING

Totally agree. I have a 64 gb microSd coming tomorrow. With an 80 gb phone, the SG3 should meet my needs for years to come. Unless the next phone is a projecting hologram device, then I might thing about upgrading again :D
 
When I said a company never stay's on top forever he started talking about the iPod went on top and stayed there....google or samsung or anybody aren't making mp3 players so of course the iPod is running a race where there is no competition. the iPod isn't going to keep apple on top but he just keeps going and going and going smh I'm not loosing this fight with this guy because it doesnt take a genius to see how Samsung is better than Apple

No use in fighting an opinion battle.

As Android users we have choice. Choice is an amazing advantage. So choose not to engage this guy/gal and you will have stood for the amazing pillar upon which Android was founded: CHOICE.

^^^^^And that is why I love Android...and Nexus devices :D:D:D
 
Seems as if I might have finally made him shut up. you no a apple fanboy would rather jump off a building than to tell a android user they have won in a arguement. So it seem like I might have tired him out or maybe made a apple fanboy shut up. if he responds I will just choose not to engage with him....hopefully
 
The notmePhone is "the best quality ever made" in the same way that the Rolex watch is [sic]. People who don't know (or care) any better will swear it to their dying breath, but the reality is somewhat different.

My Samsung phone and Breitling watch are good enough for me, and that's all that matters...to me. :)

Well, I went S3 because of the larger screen and no other reason. Samsung is not necessarily better than my other phone or even the iPhone. Lots of great phones out there and what you get depends on what you need. Blind old fart Bob needed a larger screen, so there you go.

I did not go iPhone--and I love the device--because it has a small screen.

Had there been another choice with a large screen (and yes, the Note is bigger) I might have gone with something else.

I was forced to go S3.

Do not worry, I wont bring up the Apple problem Samsung perhaps is enjoying . . . Fanboyism.:D

Perhaps Samsung's popularity is short lived or not. Something else will arrive that draws a crowd.
 
ianything will always be associated with Apple.

People assume any tablet, regardless of maker, is an Ipad, and any smartphone an Iphone. It's simply in the common language now just like bandaid and Kleenex.
