Any thoughts or word on wither or not the Incredible will have voice dialing through bluetooth? If not I will just save my other upgrade and keep using my Droid.
 
It works on the Devour and that's just got Android 1.6 on it. It works on the non U.S. versions of the Droid (Motorola Sholes and Milestone). They all have the hardware required, OS support and Nuance voice dialing software, it's just a question of whether Verizon puts it all together. I will be bringing my Droid back tomorrow because it lacks Bluetooth voice dialing and have my fingers crossed that the Incredible has it. Otherwise I'm stuck with either the Devour or possibly and iPhone/new carrier. Lousy options. Maybe I'll stick with my Motorola E815?

Unless they added it in the last build they tested, it isn't there in the Incredible.
 
Yup, I called Verizon and they confirmed, both in email and voicemail, that the Incredible will NOT have Bluetooth voice dialing.
 
I was hoping the upcoming HTC Incredible from Verizon will have BT VD.
Unfortunately, HTC Customer Support just emailed me this morning to inform me that
because of Android 2.1, the HTC Incredible will not have BT VD just like the
Motorola Droid. Ugh!!!

I find it hard to believe that in 2010 that they can not fix something this simple!

Sorry I had to make my first (one of my first) post a complaint/negative one.

On a happy note... I am now "Incredible"!!!!
