How did you clear up system space to get to 30 or 60 free mb?

Uninstall some system apps or install a debloated rom. There are a couple threads for this.

If you're going the route of un installing system apps:
Make sure its not a needed app and uninstall.
I would recommend titanium backup
If you got the money, go pro and you can convert apps to user apps(like youtube, gmail, chrome etc.) and clean up davlik cache
To convert to user app w/o tb:
Uninstall system app then re-dl and install from play store.
