Everyone has to have a hobby, besides the restraining order doesn't expire until 2017.

Gotta dash people, it's Thursday night. Time to draw. :D

Who knows anything about shingles? Had to go hospital this morning, got a load of medicines. No work for today at least.

It's an outbreak of chickenpox in adults that had them as a child. They can be rather painful and while you have an outbreak you are contagious to people who've never had chickenpox. Pregnant women especially for some reason.

It usually occurs once. It is kind of an adult version of the chicken pox typically associated with adults who didn't have chicken pox but have been exposed to it. It also happens to adults who had the chicken pox but not as often.

Either way, see a doctor soon.

It can be deadly depending on your individual health status. That is all I know and I could be incorrect. I am not a doctor.

Best of luck to you Mike.

Yes I had chickenpox when I was about 8. So I'd better stay out of school and classes. It's not painful at the moment, just an ache.

Saw the doctor this morning at the local out-patiants. Got some medicines, all in Chinese of course, but I know what to do with them.

Thanks J. I'm healthy and fit, fortunately. :)

I'm in my 30's and I never had chicken pox. 5 kids in the family, all had em except me. I distinctly remember going over my friends houses when they had them as well.

I can say I've placed thousands of shingles, but I think the type I put on roofs are distinctly different. :p

Hope you don't get the aches too bad Mike, take care. :)

My mother's co-worker had shingles and it screwed up her heart. She eventually had to have heart surgery to remove scar tissue from it.
