Root Do I need an actual SD Card to Switch Roms?

Just wondering as I've had many devices without SD Cards that I could flash and back up and yada yada just fine. Maybe it has something top do with the partitioning.

Wow this shit is annoying you guys have an apk posted as your only recovery? I've installed as a system app and as I suspected there is more to it hidden within the depths of your riddling anybody feel free to spit out a few sentence explanation

Its an actual CWM recovery, but its not written on any partition. The app allows us to "install" it to /system/xbin and boot into the 2ndinit binary. Its more a software recovery rather than a hardware recovery. This is because of the bootloader.

Ya doesnt recovery navigate to the internal storage?
I dont use recovery very much but could have sworn that is an option.

I can boot into recovery here in 1 minute and verify this.

Yes indeed the riddle has been solved
Infact the navigation starts in the internal storage.
So if your zip is on your internal storage simply use the recovery app to reboot into recovery
Whether you are restoring or flashing a zip you will begin your navations in the internal storage area.

The thing is I've got the recovery installed and have installed it every different way possible and none have worked yet it just reboots...

Ok ,so maybe the problem has nothing to with an sdcard but gettin the app to work
I am assuming you can at least get the app to open
You then click the top button
2nd init recovery
Then wait a second for a box to pop up saying
Success

You then click reboot recovery
Your phone will then reboot normally
As opposed to rebooting into recovery
If this the case i am not sure what the issue is
I installed mine the only way described in the instuctions.

It took me a,minute to realize you had to click both buttons on the recovery app

I did those buttons presses but there is no way described other than the words "install" nothing about where to install whether as a system app via root explorer or as any old app simply by clicking on the apk file and she selecting install from the toast notification.

It doesn't matter how you install it. It works the same whether it is installed as a regular app or a system app.

Sorry bro
I think you are on your own at this point
I dont think anybody understands what you are saying
You sorta isolated yourself with Your recovery, spit out sentences, and Your riddling
This is not really a friendly forum to begin with
