Root Deleted Stock Apps for LG Optimus M+! HELP PLEASE!

Unfortunately I have already tried to search for them myself.
I have run into errors like "trouble parsing" and "application not installed"
CAN ANYONE PLEASEEEEEE HELP ME?!

I would say maybe try clearing cache, most times I format everything, but I think just cache will work.

It'll put you back to full stock and un-rooted, but it maybe the only way to get you the apps you accidentally deleted.

LOL. yea i could do a hard rest. or i could use the LG update to fix, if it was stuck with a blank screen. which happened once. and i know how to reset. but jezz thanks so much.

Just trying to help with a suggestion. I don't have my Optimus M+ any more so I can't help ya out with the apps.
