Help I don't like my galaxy s3, please help me

:mad::confused: HELP, HELP ASAP

I really need help after the new update my phone goes crazy, it is very very slow, lock screen won't lock I have to restart my phone in order to work ... when reading an article on internet it just dessapear and direct me to homescreen itself 4G is only 2 bars, the eye motion doesn't work, screen shot doesn't work either I am going crazy... and the worse is when I bought this phone I asked for insurance and the guy forgot to add it to my plan so I Do not have insurance... please someone help... any advice... my phone is not rooted... it is been less than a month old... I love it but I hate it... :confused: Help... thanks

You dont need insurance if its a fault in the phone. You should have 2yrs warranty i think :thumbup:

the jelly bean 4.1.2... so what you are saying about the warranty is that I can take it to a corporate store, or should I contact Samsung?!
 
Yeah the store first but youll maybe get better advice on here lol.
so it was ok on 4.1.1?
You can go back to older firmware without rooting but that dont really fix the problem tbh. If youre up for it, reflashing the new firmware might fix it.. if not, id take it to the store n ask them to reflash it. Just back up your pics etc just incase u lose them :thumbup:

Hi funky, just an FYI in the US we only get a one year Warranty. ;)
