When you log in, you should say upgrade phone, and then you should pick the phone that you think is eligible for the NE2. When you browse phones, it should show the discount. If it doesn't it probably thinks the phone isn't eligible.

Do any internal connects or Verizon connects know about the status of the inventory? We haven't heard anything in, like, 24 hours!!

But seriously, does anyone know if I would be able to pick up my Incredible, say, on the 25th???

The line that is eligible is the primary line and is the only one that can redeem the NE2. You could have them use the NE2 to get the Incredible then put it on your line.

This is the page that comes up when you go through the more info links for the phones via the corp. order pages, so it's not really anything "special" (well, maybe just "Incredible" <-- did I do that right?)

Prob comes up on the regular side also somewhere.

$hit...i really can't joke around much it seems...let me diffuse this before it goes anywhere else...

There is nothing i'm hiding, holding back, etc... I'm just close to 500 and nobody would like more than me for 500 to be spectacular and full of pics or whatever but there is nothing right now to suggest that. So anyone planning to go to bed go ahead...

Tomorrow's a new day full of hope and promise ;)

If those are the specs of the device you played with, then it most certainly wasn't the Incredible.

The Incredible does indeed have a FM tuner and 8gb on board storage.
