what would be the best method to backup everything, format the system AND data, then flash a ROM?
basically, i'm trying to free up space, and i want to start fresher than fresh.
i'm running PA3 right now, and i am planning to switch to CM10.1
and with the whole different users thing, legacy folders and all that, i want to start fresh.
i'm assuming i should do the following:
* boot into recovery
* make nandroid
* boot into android
* copy nandroid to computer
* copy ZIP file to tablet
* boot into recovery
then i'm lost here, if i wipe data, i lose my ZIP file.
but what if i do the following:
* wipe cache/factory reset
* wipe cache
* wipe dalvik
* format system
* flash ROM
* wipe data
* wipe cache
* wipe dalvik
* boot into Android
would that work?
PS- how do i find the nandroid files of CWM 6.0.2.3
ROM Manager says they're located in: /mnt/shell/emulated/clockworkdmod/backup
but nothing shows in /mnt/shell
