I just ordered the LG Spirit, the "Big Brother" of the LG Motion.

While the LG Motion is a great phone, the Spirit has an extra inch of screen with better res.

Between the $70.00 Rebate and whatever price I get on eBay for my lightly used, like new LG Motion, I will be paying very little to upgrade.

Thanks for all the help and advice from a former iPhone owner that learned about the Android O/S on this forum.

I'll be seeing many of you on "the other side" soon.

Good luck with the new phone. Hope you enjoy it. I'm leaving the Motion world and even Metro world myself soon. Going back to t-mobile where I get way better coverage and getting the GS4 when it hits.

Remember. T-Mobile and metro are merging. We will use each others towers real soon..

There's a chance that they wont merge. We will know on April 12th when the share holders vote, but several firms are telling Metro not to do it so there is a chance it will fall through.
Also Metro is cdma and t-mobile is gsm. Yes metro will use t-mobiles towers and vice versa for LTE since they are on the same aws band, but someone with an LG Motion will not get better call quality/service because it is not compatible with gsm. As far as I know the Motion is not cdma and gsm compatible.....only cdma.
