Don't get me wrong I love gingerbread. It's delicious.

Does the new GB rom work on any hboot? I'm on 1.04 and it won't boot for me tried wiping everything and installing twice.

I'm not sure but it works for me i'm on Jbear 1.50

mine took like twice the average time for first boot but it worked. Scoff hoot 1.50.50

I cant get the file to download. Neither one. It gets going and then it tells me network error. Do you have another download link by chance?

Hey mobz, or anyone really, with that Jbear 1.50 hboot can you boot in to 4.1 roms? 4.2 roms? stock roms?

Everything but stock. Stock requires 1.57 or above.

The GB ROM. I finally got it. For some reason it wouldn't download in chrome or IE. FireFox worked.

Chrome was a no go as well.

It was a 2.3.4 rom.

There are 3 ways to turn on 4G (probably more) which way are you using, and have you tried all 3?

1. Quick Settings - IMHO, the most flaky way. This way fails on me now and then.
2. Settings - Using the menu, and clicking on Settings. This seems like the "real" switch to me.
3. HTC switch widget for 4G - I've had this widget work when the quick settings didn't

Let's focus on option 2. Do that, and keep it there until it either turns on or fails. I've found that sometimes if I switch it on, and then back out of settings, it doesn't actually turn on. Does it attempt to turn on, and then fail, or does it just sit there and do nothing when you try?

Nothing actually there's no indication at all, in harmonia toggling the 4g almost instantly pops up the "4g" logo on.. So what's next?

Sorry to clog up this thread but when I went to the jbear website to find the 1.50 hboot I saw that there was a VM specific one but that one was 1.57 . is there a link to q VM specific 1.5 hboot and is the installation of this like the harmonia hboot ie just throw it on the as card and boot in to fast boot?

After trying 5 different roms for my evo, this is by far the most responsive one. it feels faster and smoother than the others. great work!

I had a question though, what specific tweaks were done to the camera and video? thanks
