Root Help my screen just says htc in white does nada.... not a regular bootloop though, i dont think!??!

I installed the Negalite Blurom & when I was finished in the Aroma installer I did a system reboot from Aroma instead of rebooting in 4ext recovery' Aroma gives the choice so I figured that was the best option. Now I'm rooted with s-on & unlocked bootloader. I we as running Mobster ROM before trying to install this one... Please I'm not the smartest, never claimed to be but I can't afford to buy a new phone! Please someone tell me what OK can do. Options, preferably easier ones! Than from a HTC newbie...
 
I'm not sure if Negalite Blu runs on 1.58.0000 or not, but I seem to remember having trouble with it... probably best to get S-OFF, because fixing any problems becomes significantly easier after you've got it.
 
I would strive for s off right now and then change to hboot 1.50 (preferred hboot for many roms). Or the ENG hboot 1.04.
 
Also once you have completed s off you would have minimized flashing errors! :)

Also don't forget to turn off smartflash in 4ext.
 
Id rather not have to do the whole wire trick, plus I got greedy is the best way to describe what happened... I was happy with the mobster ROM, but wanted different! I dunno, can't I do something easier to at least get my phone semi back to normal or the way it was we even stock I can always re root easily!!! Thanx in advance for any help for it is greatly appreciated!!!

Flash the rooted stock rom.
 
OK I need SERIOUS HELP!!!!! PLEASE!!! OK I did the preliminary steps to the s-off, root, & everything all in one with the hopes of getting out of a strange bootloop I've been stuck in since last night when I tried flashing the ROM I stated in the beginning of this thread. So I followed the uh instructions to the tee, or so I thought. I first switched back to t.w.p. 1.1.1 than flashed set main version low file, then I went into command and locked the bootloader fast boot OEM lock. Than it locked. Then I ran the ROM Update Utility and ran it on my windows 7 PC it did not return my phone to stock like it was supposed to... I got error 155 image error. This is what my phone says when I'm in the bootloader: *** RELOCKED *** SHOOTER XC SHIP S-ON RL HBOOT-1.58.0000 eMMC-boot May 17 2012, 15:06:44
Please I'm a beginner, I can admit this, I'm over my head but I'm not giving up! Can anyone please tell me what the correct RUU Image is for what my bootloader information is? Please & Thank U to everyone ahead of time.
 
I'm sorry just turned my phone back on and it now says the following:

When you say fourth down you mean the one that says 1.13.652.2? I'm sorry just wanna ,make sure I got it right cuz I don't have a working PC so I gotta walk to my buddies! Thank you very much...

Unfortunately, not when the hboot version is 1.58 and the baseband version is 1.09.00.0108 because that means the March OTA has been installed. You can't downgrade to a lower hboot while S-ON even if you flash the zip file to back level your mainver.

The preliminary steps of my guide will not work since you have taken the OTA update, as stated in the guide.

My recommendation to you is this:


  • Download this file - it is my "all in one file". Place it on your C:\ drive (not in any folders) and extract it. Do not make any folders, just extract.

  • Press the WINDOWS Key + R on your keyboard, and enter this into the box that pops up: cmd - press enter

  • You're now in a command prompt. Issue this command:
    Code: 
    cd C:\shooter-root-soff-fix\S-OFF

  • Unlock your bootloader again - the same "Unlock_code.bin" file that you initially used to unlock it will work just fine. The code is:
    Code: 
    [I]fastboot flash unlocktoken Unlock_code.bin[/I]
    If you need this file again, it will be in your email. Put it in the C:\shooter-root-soff-fix\S-OFF folder.

  • Flash a new recovery [4EXT] from the command prompt
    Code: 
    [I]fastboot flash recovery recovery.img[/I]

  • Boot into 4EXT. You can do this by issuing the following command [thanks ramjet73]:
    Code: 
    fastboot boot recovery.img

  • From 4EXT, go to the wipe | format menu, and select format all partitions (except sdcard). Confirm your selection

  • Download and install this ROM. You may connect your phone to the computer by choosing toggle usb storage. Once it's on your SD Card, you may choose install from sdcard and then choose zip from sdcard to pick the ROM file.

  • Once you've got it installed, go into the power menu and reboot.
This should get you back to a working state. Once you're back into a ROM that boots up, I highly recommend you obtain S-OFF. It will save you from headaches like this in the future. The process is significantly easier than any of the stuff you're doing right now.

Remanifest 1 last question please! I downloaded 4ext off of blackmart alpha apk. Off my evo v when it was rooted and unlocked running twrp1.1.1 where can I get it from online, is there one that works the best? I used the paid one free. Please help, again I'm not the smartest, I'm not ashamed to admit, I really wanna get this phone working. Thank you again very much!

It is in the file I linked you to in my instructions. The file is an "all in one". You don't need to download anything else except that file, and the ROM I provided a link to in the same post. Just follow the steps, all the files are there.
