Love my S3 but NEED a physical keyboard

Curious... Are there any ATT smartphones that are a) remotely comparable to my S3 and 3) include a physical keyboard. My perfect phone (made by god and delivered by scantily clad female angels) would be S3 comparable with a full slideout keyboard. Am I dreaming or does something similar exist out there in cell phone land?

Thanks in advance.

I don't really know who you should thank...lol but - there ARE 'dongles' available that will connect your S3 to a physical keyboard. They connect through your microUSB port. You can find them all over the internet for sale...

Think its a dream mate unless u use a bluetooth keyboard. Its probably best to get used to typing on touch screen until this new touchscreen tech' comes out that can "inflate" into physical buttons then deflate back to flat. Touchscreen is pretty much the present and future though.. might as well get used to it :)

I personally think a phone the size of the S3 with a slide out keyboard would be too bulky. JMO

I tend to agree, although people seem to deal with the S3 extended battery packs/cases OK. I think it also adds another thing with moving parts to fail & makes a phone so much less sexy.

All I can think about with keyboards recently is a guy sitting next to me in a meeting for 2 hours a few weeks ago clicking like mad the whole time on his Blackberry. At least with a virtual screen it's quiet- after 20 minutes I wanted to take the thing & shove it down his throat.

Phones with built in physical keyboards are becoming a thing of the past, with only a couple getting released here or there. I think the Stratosphere 2 on Verizon was the last one that I know of to get released.

Oh man i HATED the clicking on the wifes blackberry :)
I really like haptic feedback. I have it up full on my keyboard

It's a price I'm willing to pay for a physical keyboard.

I agree that the trend is towards phones with no physical keyboards. Tactus is a company working on technology that will make screens rise up so you can feel the keys.

Lol- now I'm imagining that when you try to type a text your phone vibrates out of your hands...:D

Lol. It sometimes sounds like a demented cyborg when im typing fast :)
Wonder if ill be able to sue if i get Vibration White Finger :)
